Dublin sean nós singer, Chan Reid, with roots in County Clare, is a mesmerising performer, with a vast repertoire of traditional Irish song in both the English and Irish language. She teaches singing (traditional and harmony) and traditional Irish fiddle regularly in her current home in Hastings, East Sussex. Chan plays in various bands around the South East of England and has performed at numerous festivals in Ireland, England and Scotland. Chan founded the Hastings branch of Comhaltas Ceoltoirí Ėireann and is also the Director of the popular ‘Hastings Fleadh’ which normally takes place in November each year.

Chan will be hosting a children’s singing workshop on Sunday afternoon (2-4pm) as well as a singing session at The Crown Hotel on Sunday at 5pm.
