Brogan McAuliffe’s parents hail from Killarney, Co. Kerry. She was raised in a musical household and taught the tin whistle by her mother, Fidelma. At the age of 10 Brogan took up the concertina under the tutelage of Maureen Linane.
Brogan holds 4 All-Ireland titles has performed as a band member with The London Lasses for 10 years. She has played at world class venues including the Royal Albert Hall, the Barbican Centre and Trafalgar Square. Also a member of the Parish Céilí Band, Brogan is an active member of the thriving London music scene. Brogan enjoys teaching both whistle and concertina in London and at various workshops and festivals throughout Ireland.
